This approach makes it possible to use classes as effectively as possible and increase student motivation. The integration of technologies in the physical education of students is one of the most significant and innovative trends. A comprehensive approach to student physical education emphasizes the integration of various aspects of health and wellness to create a more comprehensive and effective educational program. Game methods and gamification in the physical education of students have become one of the leading trends due to their ability to increase motivation, involvement and satisfaction from classes. Inclusive education in physical education of students is aimed at creating conditions under which every student, regardless of physical capabilities, can participate in classes and benefit from them.
