THEORETICAL PRINCIPLES OF INNOVATION IN THE FIELD OF MANAGEMENT IN THE TRAINING OF SPECIALISTS IN PHYSICAL CULTURE AND SPORTS

Abstract

The article analyzes modern scientific research on innovations in the training of specialists in physical culture and sports, the search for new forms and methods of training students of higher education in the interests of the formation of knowledge, skills and management skills of future specialists in the field of physical culture and sports. The analysis of literary sources indicates numerous changes in the understanding of the principles of managerial aspects of innovation. The processes of creating, spreading and using new forms of work organization and management, new types of technologies are reflected in innovative programs aimed at improving the quality of education, however, only certain issues of innovative aspects of management are observed in the training of specialists in physical education and sports. The mentioned circumstances determined the relevance of the topic and the purpose of the research. The purpose of the work is to study the theoretical foundations of managerial aspects of innovations in the training of specialists in physical culture and sports. To solve the set goal, the following methods were used: theoretical analysis of scientific and methodological literature, search-bibliographic, reconstruction, apperception, aspectual, system-functional and conceptual. The analysis of literary sources showed that the achievements of scientific research on innovations in the field of management in the training of specialists in physical culture and sports have an effective positive impact on the educational process. The conducted research shows that innovative activity in the field of management in the training of physical culture and sports specialists has specific features and requires the formation of key competencies, as well as the development of the creative potential of students, the modernization of teachers' knowledge and their successful application in educational activities. The systematization and generalization of modern innovative technologies during management classes in the field of physical culture and sports, which allows to increase the interest of students in the assimilation of theoretical material, which contributes to self-improvement, education of a life position and a healthy lifestyle, has been carried out. Identified aspects of innovative activity that contribute to the improvement of the quality of the educational process in management in the field of physical culture and sports and provide for the use of multimedia equipment, interdisciplinary connections, integrated classes, interactive, information and communication, project and health technologies.
