CHARACTERISTICS OF INNOVATIVE PROGRAMS FOR REFORMING THE SPHERE OF PHYSICAL CULTURE AND SPORTS (BASED ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE LVIV TERRITORIAL COMMUNITY)

The article provides a comprehensive overview of innovative programs for the development of the sphere of physical culture and sports implemented in the Lviv municipal territorial community. It is noted that a modern trend is the development of special management programs aimed at creating favorable conditions for the development of the field of physical culture and sports. The limited availability of scientific data on the improvement of the sphere of physical culture and sports and the lack of their systematization form an important scientific and practical task, which consists of the development and substantiation of innovative local programs for reforming the field of physical culture and sports, primarily oriented towards the needs of territorial communities. The research goal is to summarize the available information on the reform of the sphere of physical culture and sports at the level of the municipal territorial community using innovative programs. Research methods include theoretical analysis and generalization, as well as analysis of documentary materials. Research results. Priority development programs for the sphere of physical culture and sports in the Lviv municipal territorial community have been identified. Approaches to reforming the sphere of physical culture and sports for its effective functioning and development are aligned with leading world and European practices. The analysis of program implementation indicates the need to take into account the extremely complex realities of today, which are a real challenge for the Ukrainian state and society. The article summarizes information on the implementation of such innovative programs as "Open Lviv Cups", "Children's Coach", the Program to Support Public Organizations of Sports Orientation for Hosting Sports Events, the Program to Support Public Organizations of Sports Orientation for Purchasing Sports Uniforms and Equipment.
